$500 to $999.99Each active ecommerce or careers client contributes 0.5 weighted clients and pays the reseller a flat $100 per month while it remains below $1,000 MRR.
Full Platform
$1,000+New full-platform activations start at 50 / 50 below 20 weighted clients, move to 60 / 40 from 20.0 to 39.9, and move to 70 / 30 at 40.0+ weighted clients.
Locked economics
Forward onlyThe split is locked when the client first becomes active. Crossing a threshold later only changes future full-platform activations, not earlier deals.

Scope rules
What stays controlled
- Only active clients count toward weighted thresholds.
- Seller attribution stays fixed to the reseller workspace used for the deal.
- Smaller-package upgrades to $1,000+ begin at 50 / 50 on the next billing cycle unless New Reward manually approves a different structure.
- New Reward remains the merchant of record unless a different structure is approved in writing.
